West Tce Adelaide Subaru has a very impressive sales and customer service team assembled who are great people. Andrew was very friendly and helpful, and worked hard to get the best deal for me, which I really appreciated. The customer relations service by Wendy and Monique was first class, and Monique rewarded my wife for it as she who suggested I go check the Subaru's out after seeing an advert on TV. It was a very pleasant experience, and I score really an 11/10.

We were in Adelaide from the country, and our Subaru diesel Outback broke down on a Saturday morning and was towed to West Tce. The mechanics had finished up for the day and we arrived around 1pm, however James the service manager pursued a diagnosis and communicated the issues clearly, gave us precise information of the possible remedy options, and followed up with timely progress reports.
James' response and attention to customer service and interaction was exceptional both on the day of the breakdown and whilst repairs were in progress. We have never before received that level of service anywhere. That would be the main reason to return to Jarvis.

I had a 25,000km service and also had some warranty work carried out at the same time involving my car having to stay overnight and be tested the second day. This was presented to me in a timely manner and my needs were taken care of as well as my car. I was supplied with a loan car so that my business and personal life were not in any way impacted. The experience was a pleasant one, as Arnie said - I will be back! A huge thanks to the team and in no particular order - Peter - Tony - James - Brendon.

James George Corbyn looked after me very well when I dropped my car off for its service. James has excellent customer service skills and is always very friendly and greets me with a smile and shakes my hand when saying goodbye. He also very kindly let me borrow a brand new Subaru Outback for the day whilst my Impreza was being serviced free of charge.
Jarvis Subaru West Terrace is an excellent dealership with very friendly staff who always make you feel very welcome every time you come in and it makes the whole dropping your car in for a service a very pleasant experience. The dealership is always spotlessly clean and well presented.

Service dept ticks all the boxes with regard to what a professional service should be. Delighted with the loan car. Made it unnecessary to have a test drive in the new '16 2.5i Outback. Now that is service!!!
