As a part of the service provided, three parts were replaced under Jarvis Used Vehicle Warranty. We are also happy with front and rear parking sensors installed as per our request.

Staff (Simon) was very courteous. And the car wash job was excellent.

I was extremely impressed with my first "full" service experience.

I was greeted by a very friendly and efficient Concierge who introduced me to James from the service administration desk, who was attentive and professional. I was dropped off in the city by the courtesy bus with again, a friendly and personable driver.

I was collected at the pre-arranged time and my vehicle was ready as promised, washed and vacuumed. There was a short wait but that is to be expected when the courtesy bus with several passengers arrives and you're the last to alight.

I am conscious of the fact that I had only some minor issues in need of attention, which were all resolved to my satisfaction, or under are under further review, which I am comfortable with. Not to be negative, I hope the same level of professionalism and cooperation is evident if something more contentious arises.

Your staff are a credit to your company. From time I dropped the off to time I picked it up, great friendly staff.

Courtesy lift was extremely helpful in getting me to work when needed. Staff were helpful and courteous and very professional. Car was washed... it needed it!

Could not recommend these guys enough, it's hard to pick a main reason why I would because everything they did was so brilliant, fantastic service and mechanical expertise.

Aaron and Cabe from the Hillcrest team were excellent. I'll definitely be back there in a few years when I trade up again.

This was my first time buying a new car and I must say that Fab at Jarvis Barossa made the experience a very enjoyable one. At no stage did he 'hard sell' me, instead took his time, listened to everything I had to say and delivered a car that I absolutely love. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
