Both my husband and I were pleased with the time and effort all the staff at Jarvis Subaru gave us in choosing our car, they didn't rush our decisions and allowed us time to look around with out having that sense of someone watching. You gave us information when it was relevant and never glossed over any questions we had.

You were great in your service and keeping us up to date in the process of the car being built, letting us know when they had started and when it was on its way to Australia. When picking up the car again lots of thought and care went into the hand over process, not once did we feel under appreciated in the process.
