While sitting in your service waiting area I also noticed that your staff offered hot/cold drinks to all customers and were made very welcome. Keep up your good service.

The staff member that received my car yesterday afternoon was very professional and helpful. He arranged a Taxi after booking my car in and offered me a drink and to sit down while I waited for the Taxi. Whilst servicing the car they found that I had a puncture in the tyre and called me immediately to ask what I wanted to do in relation to fixing the tyre and the cost. I agreed to go ahead. On my return to the office he went through what was wrong with the car and what I needed to do immediately and what could wait for the next service. He then drove my car around. The car had been washed and vacuumed which was lovely. Thanks again. Good experience.
