Our experience purchasing a car from Jarvis Subaru was a mostly excellent experience. We waited longer for our vehicle than what was initially quoted, so that why I rated our experience a 9/10. The over all experience was fantastic. The main reason we decided to purchase from Jarvis Subaru was the knowledge of the sales people and the no pressure tactic of selling cars. We really appreciated the time, and care shown to us through the selection process. We were given regular updates as to when our car would be ready for pick up, and when the date passed for estimated delivery Ben, our sales consultant tried to keep us updated to the situation. When we expressed concern at the time it was taking to take delivery of the car, he worked hard to assure us he was doing everything in his power to get the vehicle to us. When it was time to sign final documents, and pick up the car the Jarvis Subaru team concluded brilliantly. The final paper work was easy to complete, we were given a run down of the basics of our new car, and we were treated to a few extra gifts. The red ribbon on the car was icing on a great conclusion. We are excited to create new memories in the Subaru.

My vehicle was completed earlier than expected which was great for a busy person, the concierge explained everything and my car was delivered back to me clean, tidy and shiny. A very happy customer and very happy car.
