I am very happy for a range of reasons. I am an existing Jarvis Toyota customer and when I purchased my new vehicle the process was excellent from start to finish. I was dealing with Chris Hardinge and he is very professional, friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable. He has a can do approach and I had a great level of confidence dealing with him. He always responded to phone calls which sadly is lacking in many other organisations. I am very happy with the whole experience including meeting and dealing with other members of the Jarvis team.

I was amazed at the service I received. Nothing was too much trouble for them; someone even brought the car I was interested in to my house. The paperwork was organised to ensure that I had my car that day. After checking on line Jarvis had just the car I wanted. The sales consultant who brought the car to me was Chris Maddern. He was so pleasant & helpful & even set up bluetooth for me. (I wouldn't have had a clue how to do it). I can't say enough good things about Jarvis; their service was outstanding.
