Very good in fixing the problem on the same day I dropped in with the problem in the car.

I was very happy with the whole experience. I had a reminder phone call the day before with instructions how to access the work shop since it was my first visit. My car was finished and ready to collect sooner than I had expected, washed and ready to go. The young man in the office explained everything that had been done and why and explained that I would be notified when the next service was due. Well done.

Ryan fitted me in at the drop of a hat with some issues I have been having with my Focus ST. The team serviced and washed my car, replaced a door seal that had come off and tried to fix a windscreen wiper issue. The windscreen wiper issue is still a problem and the guys will need to have another look at it but at least they had a go at trying to fix it in the small amount of time they had on Friday. Really impressed with the service, keep it up.

Jodie was amazing! She provided the best service, was incredibly helpful and even managed to get my airbag replaced while the car was in for a radiator hose problem.
