It is a major advantage to me as I don't reside in the Barossa that I can get my servicing done on a Saturday, & therefore not interrupting work time during week days. I bought my car from Jarvis Barossa firstly because I used to visit the yard at Angaston when it was there & obtained a test drive & quote from Fab there a couple of years ago. I can't buy a Isuzu in Murray Bridge as there is no dealership there. I always rather deal with country people & businesses. Fabs not pushy but courteous manner is why I bought at Jarvis, and so far you have all excelled at your Service & attention to detail .

The team at Jarvis Ford Hillcrest continue to provide an outstanding customer service.
Due to the nature of the problem with my vehicle I presented to the service team as a walk in (no appointment) and spoke directly to Simon, of whom I had dealt with before. Even though the day was clearly busy with service appointments Simon treated my concerns with the up most importance, organising one of the workshop mechanics to conduct an initial analysis of the fault whilst I was there. Simon then went out of his way to ensure that not only was the vehicle booked in at the earliest convenience but also arranged a loan car so that i would not be disadvantaged in any way.
Further to this Simon collaborated with the Paul Regan in the spare parts department to ensure that parts would be available on the day as well as ensuring that, I as the customer, was comfortable with the over all pricing of the repair.
From a customer's perspective Simon, Paul and the workshop team provided and excellent customer service experience.
Having dealt with Simon for the routine service of my vehicle on previous occasions I once again highlight that his exceptional work ethic and genuine interest in the customer's needs proves that he is an asset to your company, so to Simon...Thanks mate, you made what could have been a stressful concern very easy to deal with.
I will also take this opportunity to mention Paul Regan in your spare part area. Paul also went above and beyond to ensure that the best possible outcome was achieved in sourcing the right parts at the right price for me as the customer.
Finally, to the Justin and his team within the workshop a huge thank you for ensuring that the work was done properly and on time.

The service is always finished on time and I feel like a valued customer, mainly because of the friendly way I am treated, and the car is cleaned while it's there, that's a bonus, I can never get the prickles and stones out of the carpet... I think Jarvis give great customer service. I go to Tanunda and the girl behind the counter there is terrific. She is a credit to you.
