From the first time we walked into the yard every one was very helpful. Luke gave us lots of good information about the car and was thorough with talking through all the paper work with us.

All the other staff were friendly and we especially liked the gift which was given to me on the day we picked up the car.

Over all we were very pleased with the service and would come back to Jarvis another time and would recommend to other friends.

On the day that my vehicle was booked in for a service I was not well, the lounge area was warm, quiet and comfortable there were refreshments to be had and a very nice gentleman made me a coffee. My car was returned to me promptly and despite the dreadful weather, clean. I was offered a bottle of water on leaving by the lady at the desk who was also pleasant and helpful thank you.

Overall, I had a great experience with the team. Greg Pett was friendly and helpful, and accommodated all of our requirements - info, test drives, trade-in, pricing and follow-up.

And, the car is everything we wanted and more.
