They went out of their way to problem solve an issue I was experiencing with my car, a great group of service providers, and left my car spotless, so helpful, you can be proud of them.

I had a very distressing experience and treatment at my previous car service in 2024 and the staff member I dealt with failed to inform me correctly regarding my next service which almost led to this years experience being equally bad. Fortunately I didn’t have the same staff member and Michael, the Service Manager, was very understanding, apologetic and professional in rectifying the mistake and doing all he could to turn the situation and my concerns around. I was impressed that Michael took the time to listen, investigate, resolve and take ownership of the situation whereas the previous years manager refused to speak to me. Chantelle was equally lovely and helpful. My faith in Jarvis Toyota and two of its staff has been restored thanks to customer focused people like Michael and Chantelle, they deserve accolades :-)

I also appreciate that Jarrad drove me home, and when the car was finished, he collected me again. I have had many services for my car with Toyota, and each time the Staff have been friendly, courteous, and helpful.
