Damian Campbell was amazing. Explanation was detailed but what I liked mostly was his customer service. Damian was approachable but not pushy. I have been to other car dealers previously and they didn’t come anywhere near me as I was a woman. Damian knew the car was for me so spoke to me directly which I appreciated. I had my heart set on buying a Crosstrek next year until I met Damian and the price was what I was willing to pay. Thank you Damian for great customer service.

It was hard to select just one reason. The whole experience was excellent, especially in comparison to another dealership that we dealt with two years ago when buying our other car. We have never felt more welcome, and they did not discriminate us for turning up very casual like other dealerships, especially after working very long hours and feeling exhausted on your day off, dressing up to purchase a car is the last thing on your mind. Due to work commitments, we couldn't view the vehicle for a week and Rocky was very informative and even sent us a video of the vehicle for us to view prior to physically having a look, Rocky even contacted us, informing us that there is an option to hold the vehicle which allowed us to pay a deposit and hold the vehicle until had viewed it. Rocky wasn't the only staff member to stand out and make a positive impression, all of the staff deserve a big congratulations. This experience will certainly make our decision to consider this dealership first before others when we decide to purchase another vehicle for our son when he gets his licence. Thank you everyone for a wonderful experience. Also, we are really enjoying the vehicle we purchased.
