I asked that a possible tyre puncture be checked. This was done and a nail puncture was detected. I received a phone call informing me the cost of repair so that permission was obtained before proceeding with the repair which was done at a reasonable price. I appreciated being informed before rather that told after the repair had been done.

Everyone who I interacted with, were friendly and professional, and nothing seemed like too much trouble. On arrival the concierge gave a warm welcome, and walked me into the service desk. The service desk gentleman was helpful and explained everything that was about to be done on the car, during the service. I was offered a lift to Rundle Mall, and when the bus came, I was the only occupant, I felt that I was being treated as a special person, as they didn't wait for a full bus.
I was kept informed, by mobile of extra work, and was asked before they proceeded, if ok to do. Thoughtful. On return to wait for my car, I was offered water, I think I looked hot, but it was lovely to be offered. The car took a bit longer to service, but not by a lot of time, the extra work needed strung it out.
Overall, a good experience. The car was vacuumed out, a bonus.
