I was a Marketing Executive with Subaru many years ago and I know how highly the Company regards quality interaction between dealer staff and customers. We aimed for our dealers to ensure that even people who didn't buy a car should go away feeling very positive towards the brand and the dealer. I feel exactly that. Brian Nguyen called me within an hour of making the Carsales enquiry, he answered all of my questions and made me confident that the car I was considering (sight unseen) was going to meet my needs. I offered what I believed to be a fair price and the offer was accepted same day. I was then able to arrange a professional inspection which was done on Monday, the car passed without any major problem and the deal completed. Not one aspect of my experience was anything short of exemplary and a credit to the personnel and sales practices of Jarvis Subaru. Now just hoping the transport company delivers the car to Brisbane promptly and undamaged.

Maintaining a car is equally important as buying a car. One of the ways to maintain a car is get your serviced regularly. Car servicing helps in determining various hidden problems in a car which may lead to a big trouble if not determined at initial levels. And the points that have been raised by you are really important. I never thought of doing any kind of research before giving my car on service but in future I will definitely keep these points in mind.

Always a pleasure to take our car to Jarvis Norwood. Adam's professionalism, together with his smiling face its always a pleasure. Adam always knows just what we require every time, and nothing is ever too much trouble. But we can't forget Marcus (great coffee always) and Tim who help make up this great team led by Darren. We always say to have a great team you need a good leader and Darren does just that.

I gave Cameron the challenge of selling me a Mustang within 20 minutes or I walk. After some negotiations the deal was done with 3 minutes to go. I ordered some accessories post deal, and they were honoured even though Cameron was on leave. Greg was friendly, and the delivery was not rushed which is something I had concerns about ie here's the car off you go. Well done to the new car sales team at Jarvis Ford Trinity Gardens. The gift voucher given to the minister for finance (my wife) was a nice touch.

Staff were also friendly, very helpful. I liked being notified by SMS that my car was ready.
