Not only a courtesy lift... but a separate Sales Consultant took me in a separate vehicle as it was a little out of the way of the City Shuttle. In addition... the car was immaculately washed upon arrival back at the dealership. It was just a shame that it rained that night and ruined the amazing job! Thanks :-)

I appreciate the benefits of being a Jarvis Subaru customer - including the lift to work, and picking up a clean car at the end of the day; but the biggest make or break of whether I would give a recommendation comes down to the people that work for you.

I have now purchased 2 vehicles through Jarvis Subaru on West Tce - returning to the same sales person as I was impressed with the interactions I had in my first purchase (first ever brand new car), and now second time round I have had another great experience.

Once again Customer service at Jarvis is exemplary as always, it never falters even when they are extremely busy someone always acknowledges you.
