I needed to have the service completed between 9:30 - 2:30pm to work around school drop-off/pick-up and it was not problem!

Really pleased with the communication I received from John on the sale of this vehicle. There were some delivery issues be he maintained contact on phone and via text (which I requested) and I was quite pleased by that.

I really like attending the West Terrace dealership. I had purchase another Subaru from another location and it just didn't have the same polish as this one. As I was buying a new XV with no negotiation, these small things make the difference because there was no price bargain to mask poor service. The service from these guys was exceptional.

Not being knowledgeable about car maintenance and belonging to the elderly it is most helpful to be able to trust the staff and the having the drop and pick up service. It is the total service that is important to me and find it difficult to identify the most important element. The courtesy car drivers were also careful and pleasant. The overall experience was "painless" and have no hesitation in recommending Jarvis Kensington to our friends.
