Appreciated comprehensive level of car service.

Found the experience very good as travelled from Modbury North for the service.

Impressed by the staff and service - punctual and reliable. Very happy that car was washed and vacuumed.

Another thoroughly professional experience. Excellent dealing with additional issues which became evident during the service.

This is our 1st time dealing with Subaru as we bought our car elsewhere. The service we received from the service desk was great. The staff member (Matt....we think) was friendly, courteous and helpful. He took time to explained what needed done in a simple terms where we as normal (non mechanical minded) people could understand. The bonus part of our experience is that there was a recall of the windscreen wiper motor (which we weren't aware) got fixed. It may or may not have affected our car in the future but at least, the staff used their initiatives, took the pro-active side and fixed the recall item.

Service dept (Marcus) was professional and explained everything in full. Car was presented after service in immaculate condition.

Gaberiel, Alyssa, Ryan and Monique were brilliant. 

Went in to look and was never pushed into anything, nothing was too hard for the team and everyone was helpful. Service was Amazing and as we put a deposit on a car that was still in the factory we were kept up to date with arrival. Alyssa was great re finance and took care of everything despite all the questions being fielded from me regarding 100 different things.
Very impressed with the customer service provided as we had visited 3 different car places prior and none of them came close to your service whilst looking for a car. I love my Subaru and the staff get that buying a new car is an experience and they made it a fantastic experience.

Very happy with service, price and loan car.

I had some questions of Michael relating to fuel suitability. He was able to answer some immediately and undertook to do further research and advise at car collection (which he did).

The best Subaru service experience! Over here on holidays I was impressed you could fit me in within a couple of days (2.5 week wait at home) and everyone was so friendly. My car drove beautifully afterwards and was very clean! I even got a coke to take with me! Well done! I wish I lived here!
