The fellow who provided service at the desk is excellent. He informs me exactly what will happen to the car, fixed a small problem I had and always makes me feel welcome. I have forgotten his name, but he has a South African accent. Great chap.

Great service, (as always), very helpful, made coffee for me and always made sure I had all I needed while I waited. But more than that they was a genuine desire to make sure I was looked after, so many other business's should take note of how Jarvis looks after their customers. All this and still the service was at a great price. I will definitely be getting all my family and friends to service there.

Everything was exceptional. Staff, professionalism, helpfulness, the workshop! - my goodness you could eat your lunch off the floor! As good as it gets, you've got the "bar" set on the highest peg. You've created a centre of excellence and I haven't seen any others get close to it.

Staff are always friendly, efficient and professional. Car is always fixed correctly the first time. Car is fully cleaned upon return (a great little time saver and very much appreciated). SMS and calls if issues are found or your car is ready ahead of the scheduled time. Always returned by the nominated scheduled time.

Nathan & Anthony have always looked after us, this is the reason why we have purchased 2 Isuzu Mu-x within 12 months (traded the 1st to upgrade). We cannot speak more highly of the ongoing service we have received from Jarvis Barossa. We recently had our 1st Mu-x serviced at another Isuzu dealership (before we decided to upgrade) only due to convenience. They are nowhere near as friendly & welcoming as Jarvis Barossa & for this reason we will continue to drive the 1hr to get our car serviced.
