I had discovered a fault light the day before I was to take a short holiday and took my car to Jarvis in Tanunda in the hope they could rectify the issue. The service was exceptional and they were able to fix the issue so I could still take my holiday. My gratitude to the staff and especially to Ben Allen (no relation) for his awesome customer service.

All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The staff member George who sold me the car was knowledgeable, helpful and was able to answer all my questions. He was extremely patient with me and allowing me for take test drives in two vehicles

We always feel very welcomed by the Barossa staff. Great after sales service continues through servicing. Tanunda is not the closest service centre for us but we will continue to drive the hour to get our car serviced due to the ongoing great service we have received from Nathan & his team. We cannot recommend Jarvis Barossa enough!

I've been to a lot of car yards over the last 6 months. Jarvis sales staff stood out for their respectfulness, courtesy and time they took to understand my needs. Obviously they wanted to make a sale, but did so with respect and did not come across as pushy or annoying.

I was quite impressed that not only were the service counter staff helpful, but when I lost my way in the car park, I was guided by the staff at the wash and shine as well as a random staff member who showed me the way to the service counter. Thank you and keep it up!
