Michael O'Connor was very friendly, helpful and pleasant both when I dropped the car off and when I picked it up. The driver who dropped me off in the morning was also very friendly. Overall I have had very positive experiences with Jarvis from the moment I test drove the car through to now it's first service.

Sitting in the waiting room and watching the care the service people show not just to me but with anyone who walks in the door, even if they are not the custodian of that vehicle (passengers etc), top class! Love getting my car washed, it's a big car and I hate doing it!

As per usual, right from the get go, Peter delivered the bright and bubbly welcome to Jarvis, Adrian was very professional booking the car in and ensuring we understood everything that was going to done plus checking on any concerns we might have. We then appreciated the drop off to work.

Big Thanks... our car was required to be kept over the weekend with unexpected repairs and Jarvis were brilliant in supplying a demonstrator Levorg for our use. Great car, being the station wagon of our WRX it was very impressive and good looking which is not something Subaru cars can be known for.

So convenient to have a test drive from home, then to have the car delivered the next day, having had the windows tinted and the paintwork and upholstery treated! Also received the new rego papers in the mail as promised. Paperwork was well done. Ty was very nice to deal with!

Always professional and willing to go the extra yard. One of my keys needed a new battery so checked my other key as well and found it required a new battery free of charge.
