Always found everyone happy, friendly and helpful. As a retired mechanic who had his own workshop business for nearly 30 years it was always going to be a big ask for a dealership to impress me, but you have seriously improved over the last five years, hence the score.

The staff are friendly and professional, the customer facilities are of a very high standard, and the 'extra' services provided are all greatly appreciated and make a big difference to me - the courtesy ride into the city, cleaning my car inside and out, and - most importantly in the morning - good quality coffee!

Our salesman Deepak was very diligent in looking out for the model of car we were interested in. Deepak's perseverance resulted in us requiring the car we wanted and Deepak got the sale. We are very happy with Deepak, we felt he went above and beyond in service.

I lobbed up Tuesday morning 7.45 am all though they don`t open until 8.00 the young lady attended to me straight away. I explained I did not have a booking and I had to drive to Brisbane on Thursday (unexpectedly) and did not want to go over my service kms she took my keys (after doing her paperwork) and said see you about lunch time, just before midday she phoned to say car ready. Great service from the young lady at the front counter.

Car was serviced in a timely manner. We appreciate this because we then were traveling back to Port Augusta. We also appreciate the availability of a loan car. Refreshments as we are about to leave for home are also appreciated.
