I could have selected several reasons for giving a 10/10 score - the staff at Jarvis Barossa are always helpful, courteous and professional, and because they knew we were waiting for it, the car service was finished very quickly even though there were a couple of additional servicing requirements. Good job again, Jarvis Barossa Service Department!!

Lisette and Jodi and usually Ben (but he was away) are always very friendly, polite and manage to make things happen. In fact I took my car in 2 days early to just see if i could get a diagnosis so that the part could be ordered in prior to me leaving the car there and then it wouldn't start again. Nothing was a drama, they organised everything for me and kept in touch with me so that i knew what was going on. I have and will continue to recommend Jarvis Barossa to friends, family and anyone that will listen. Ben's fill in was equally helpful, and accommodating.

I rarely complete surveys but the service, courtesy and overall high quality all were of a great standard. I was thoroughly impressed. I do intend to get a new vehicle in a couple of years and the first place I will visit will be Jarvis Subaru. Well done all.

Especially impressed that even though didn't mention anything about noise in front left that's ocassional, the tech diagnosed what I thought was front left CV that will need looking at next visit. They confirmed it and will have that worked on next check.
Definitely picked up service/attention detail quality from previous visits. My big reason for the green tick, fixed right first time, no re visit/s required.

John (and Victor) were not "pushy" and answered my queries honestly. I was very skeptical about buying a car from a yard but they certainly allayed my fears. I would not hesitate in recommending Jarvis Subaru. My wife and I are very pleased with our bargain buy and in the future we would use them again. The warranty is comforting and I did not expect Jarvis to pay the stamp duty. I also have a choice of taking up the various after sales offers.
