Great experience helpful and informative didn't mind that I tried 5 cars and more than happy to get the car out for me. Didn't get the car I thought I would want but better so happy with the after care and helping us find what suited our family and budget.

The free loan car is very much appreciated. Otherwise I would need to enlist the help of family to get a lift home and to return to pick up the car which would take about two hours of their time.

A very good first service experience. Staff were helpful, and explained necessary processes, and service completed ahead of schedule. Vehicle was even hand washed, as being a Ford Ranger with a number of accessories fitted, it was not possible to put it through automated car wash. Very happy.

I purchased my little RUKUS towards the end of last year mainly because of the interest in your sales people in making sure that I knew what I was buying and also the time take in the actual purchase of the car. Yesterday was the first service of the RUKUS by me and again I couldn't find a more professional crew in the service department.

Have had my car serviced here 4 times now I think and it is always the same. Staff are polite, efficient and explain everything that's going on. Have never been kept waiting for any length of time. A drink is always offered and the customer lounge pointed out to me. My car is serviced and clean when I arrive back to collect it with no fuss or effort on my part! Love it.

Mr John Wood is amazing. We were looking around for a good deal until we talked to him. He made us very happy, did everything he promised, and really looked after us well, also, he got big support from his manager Evan to give us a good deal, so we chose Jarvis instead of another dealer. I have asked him for some of his business card. If I have any friend wants to buy Toyota, I’ll definitely bring them to John.
