Josh did an excellent job in my test drive of a new vehicle in explaining and showing me the features and how things worked. I received a fair trade-in price for my vehicle.  Jarvis were able to source the vehicle I was after. The process of purchasing the vehicle with Josh, Eliza, Christian and Taylor was excellent. They were professional and personable and helpful which really made the experience enjoyable. When picking up the new car, Josh helped me get familiar with the car and Josh, Eliza and Peter (concierge) made it a great experience.

We have been dealing with Greg Pett for nearly a month organising the purchase of a Ranger and a Escape. Over this time Greg has been doing a valiant effort in juggling the "many balls" of the process to arrive at a delivery date yesterday 30/10/18. While the Ranger readiness was relatively trouble free - the non delivery of the Escape over a week of timelines left Greg frustrated on our behalf. So a workaround was devised and it worked. The Escape arrived and was on the end of a super pre delivery yesterday!. Two happy new owners drove away late yesterday leaving a very shop worn Greg ( who fitted in several other new owners as well meanwhile) behind and no doubt heading for a well earnt drink or two. Our association with Greg goes back 7 years or so and we enjoy his no fuss business style. Greg is a bit like the duck on the pond...sails along serenely on top of the water...but the legs are thrashing beneath the surface ensuring the job gets done. So thanks Mate we enjoyed the experience and reckon we are in for a good few years of Ford motoring. PS I will provide feedback on the Wratonbully once I prise the lid off!!!

Antonio the sales representative was very helpful in showing me all the features of the Karoq and had a very pleasant personality. All staff were very friendly and courteous and Brett made a great coffee. Peter the manager on handover was also more than obliging in providing a few extras I required.

The staff were fantastic. I used the shuttle bus and my car was ready to go in time.
