3. There's a beaut coffee machine available and a space to work if I'm waiting around.
4. Warranty items are dealt with, even if I didn't ask if they were under warranty. I'm charged for what I need to pay for and warranty works for the other stuff (of which there is very little)
5. I walk in to collect my car and I am recognized and called by name.
6. I'm offered a drink for my journey.
7. I drive away in a vacuumed car that drives exactly as I hoped it would.
