I am always impressed by the friendly, helpful and efficient staff when I get my car serviced. Information provided was in depth and easy to understand. I needed it finished by a particular time, and Tim Schultz went out of his way to make sure it was ready on time. He went through the work done very thoroughly. We appreciate the free water and coffee as well. The loan cars are great and it gives us a chance to try out other Ford products. The Mondeo we had this time was most impressive.
