When I dropped my car off last Saturday, I was offered a courtesy lift. I found this really helpful and the sales person who dropped me off near King William Street was very nice - the service was appreciated. That aside, it was great to have the car cleaned and afterwards I was also privy to a short training session on restoring my phone settings - which is the one thing I have struggled with despite being in possession of an instruction manual. While the service itself took longer than usual, I was offered a cold drink/coffee and a newspaper to read so by the time I drove away I felt my time had been reasonably spent. Thank you.

Nothing was needed as it was only a one month since purchase service. The lounge area was good for going about one's own affairs, and the coffee was specially prepared soon after our arrival.
