I really appreciate the information pack given at the end of the service enclosing paperwork regarding not only the service but also the tyres and break pads etc. It's nice to not only know a thorough check has been done but also to be provided the information for later reading so I can understand what's going on with the car! Well organised, explained issues clearly, loan car and car washed.

Although cost is important, the other thing which matters is minimizing the number of visits for the same problem - to drop the car for a service involves moving the child seats to another car, time off work as well as fitting this around other things - was great that we could get 3 recalls and a service all done at once, as well as finished when promised and receiving a phone call to let us know.
