I was particularly impressed that, when I was first perusing the cars in the Jarvis Subaru Medindie yard outside of trading hours, the sales manager took time to speak with me for an hour, explaining clearly the different options that would suit my very particular needs. As a result of this conversation, I decided then and there that this was the dealership through which I would purchase my new car.

The sales consultant, Michael Raffoul, guided me through the process, answering all my questions clearly, and negotiated a deal that was within my very tight budget.

We were very happy with the overall service and in particular from our salesperson, Anthony. We were made to feel welcome in the showroom without the staff being at all pushy or annoying. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the car in which we were interested. He explained the various features clearly and without rambling on. The environment within the showroom was relaxed and comfortable. The staff were all very efficient and accommodating. It was a happy experience.
