Richard was very friendly and helpful as we had come down from the country to have a safety recall completed, as the car was due for a service he managed to schedule this in and provided us with a loan car. He came out to make sure I knew where everything was and how to work features of the loan car before I set off. There was then a phone call to advise my car was ready (within the promised time frame) and the service was as quoted. Thank you for a good experience to ensure that all ran like clock work and we were still able to attend our specialist appointments while the car was being service.

Fallon served me at the counter she was very professional I needed my car early so I could go to afternoon shift she phoned me when it was ready which was before the required time. Very happy with the mechanical service. 

I dealt with Ryan and his manager both were extremely professional and would highly recommend both to any one wanting a Toyota. I also dealt with Scott and Lucy the finance managers and would rate them 10 out of ten as well.

It's the second Toyota i have bought off Jarvis and will keep buying off Jarvis if i keep getting the same service , which i am sure will happen.

Friendly staff listened to my concerns, gave me clear information and alerted me to things that will need attention.

I had a fantastic experience with Antonio and Peter. Peter gave us a comprehensive introduction so we decided we don't need a test drive before the purchase. Antonio was able to source the car we wanted and even delivered it to our place.
