Carolyn and I received good friendly service by all staff and we believe we received a fair deal for our changeover of vehicles. In particular the sales person ( George Bitzios ) was most helpful from the moment we arrived at the dealership. He was not 'pushy' in any way and was most patient with our questions. His explanations of the vehicle's features prior to leaving ( which can be a bit overwhelming ) was thorough and nothing was too much trouble to explain.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I did not expect my car to be cleaned during the service so it was a nice surprise. They also offered me some water for my trip home which I thought was really thoughtful.

Car spotlessly clean, finished on time, staff called several times to update, dealership opened earlier than advertised (7:20am) which meant I got to work earlier. Couldn’t fault them. Well done.

Basically I knew that I wanted to replace my existing Skoda with another Skoda, and with only one Skoda dealership in Adelaide, it meant Jarvis Skoda. But from the moment I entered the dealership (in Feb 2019) till I picked up the new car, Antonio and Peter were very helpful, advised me on progress and answered promptly any queries I had.

This appears to continue to be to case even after purchase which is great.
