The main reason as above is everything you do. Is always a pleasure dealing with you. Everyone in your business is very professional and caring, thoughtful up and above the job that needs to be done and yes I love how you give the car a quick clean as well especially the vacuum.

The staff were professional and efficient in having my car ready as per their stated time-frame. They checked on whether I needed anything as I waited a few hours for my car to be finished (as I live about 40 kms away) and had no reason for a courtesy lift. They were courteous and polite and presented a good face of the company.

Khalil took control of the problem and worked to resolve it for us. He kept me up to date with progress, listened to my complaint and showed great empathy to the situation. My main reason for giving a 10 was the service that he provided for me.

Many thanks to Richard and the service team for spotting that a tail light was out and that I had not one but two punctures in two tyres - no wonder the tyres were a bit deflated. Advised me of the problems and incorporated the repairs in the service so I didn't have to come back or chase around. Thank you!
