Cathy was excellent in keeping me up to date with the work that had to be/was being done.

I found the sales team very accommodating, didn't rush, the car looked superb when I collected it and made the day very special for me.

My car was finished on time. Richard rang me to advise cost of new wiper blades before putting them on, which I appreciated. Car cleaned and running well.

Also car was ready on time and staff were professional.

Tim (Service adviser) was friendly, explained what they had done on my car for the service and advised that they found and replaced a blown bulb under warranty, quick and easy process for payment and paperwork and for organising a loan car for the day, that's always bonus with Jarvis.

Car was washed and cleaned inside, and I also noticed that the staff who cleaned the car must have noticed a stain on the driver side roof pillar, which I wasn't sure would come out, now its gone, I was surprised but then thought that's what's good service all about, the little things.

The day just goes smoothly every time. The car is washed, I get dropped off and nothing seems too much trouble. I did miss the "old guy" that normally meets me (he is on holidays) when I drop the car off.

This time I'm going to call out Mitchel Harrison. He kept me across things all day, his above and beyond service is a true brand ambassador of your dealership. He was professional and I felt looked after all the way. This goes a long way when I myself have a very busy life....well done!

Kostas made the whole process of buying a car very easy with no pressure & he was genuine!

As always I was treated like a friend, not just another customer I find the service manager Tim fabulous at his job and very professional. As a bonus I found that as part of the service, they even vacuumed the car and washed it too! good on you guys look forward to my next service in February.
