Micheal was very good and helpful. Professional. I like when I have a screw in my Tyre he send a video to me to explain what happen it was good and help me to easy to understand what happen. And my car was take a bit longer to finished than I had been told. Micheal was apologies about it it was nice for him to say that. It make the customer feel like the been care and look after. Once again thank you Subaru west terrace and Micheal for been helpful.

A normal service carried out but employee John organised a courtesy lift for me as well as ringing to see if I needed a lift to return to Jarvis when my car was ready.

Everything went very smoothly.
