John Wood has a fantastic no pressure approach.

John was very good and provided a good experience on show vehicles and test drives. Then I went to other dealerships and John asked to be allowed to have last offer. I was able to get offers from 2 other dealerships and John was able to better both - meaning he won my custom, and Jarvis won sold another car and Toyota got another sale on the monthly car sales stats.

The comm's was always very goods from the whole team at Jarvis Clovelly Park.

Collection day was all arranged and the vehicle was ready, all extra's installed and ready to drive away. John spent time explaining some of the features etc

All in all a good experience. Well Done team.

all the above and the drop off and pick up from the city was easy for me to enjoy a day in town. The staff were extra courteous and made sure my car was ready for me when I got back and...... even better .....my car was washed and looked like it had just come out of the show room. many thanks again!

Our Suby Outback has been trouble free for over 13 years, so you must be doing something right.

The staff member Paul was excellent - organising my car to be taken over to Tonsley crass repairs to have the spare tyre cover touched up (it was scratched the time before last that I brought it in to be serviced). Paul was an excellent help. Also, the chap who organised to get Custom Fleet to agree to a wheel alignment was also excellent. Custom Fleet have refused to do this so far and the car has done 40K - but excellent service even down to the lady that looked after my bags while I went for a walk.

Very happy with the overall experience from communication prior loan car arranged, helpful staff & finishing on time.
