Plus staff are professional. In addition the courtesy bus and the car being washed and cleaned is a bonus.

DANAE went out of her way to help us sort out issues with our insurance company, she went above and beyond all our expectations. She liaised with the company, took photos and even though it was a very busy day she gave us all the time in the world. Cannot speak highly enough of her.

The car was cleaned, well looked after and I was kept up to date when the car was complete. I was offered a complementary water on arrival and departure too. Great service. Loan car was great, it was clean and a decent model vehicle.

The two guy look after me where fantastic and they so good they took out cup tea to my other half sitting in the car. So I hope these two guy all there is will be shame if the go. just wish i knew their names.

Tim was friendly and efficient but made time to have an informal chat while checking in the vehicle. He noticed a small discrepancy with the milage/service noted on the booking sheet and adjusted it accordingly.

Office staff have always been orgainsed and efficient.
