I find the experience you guys offer is great. It's small, but the guy who is in the booth greets people and waves goodbye; which works like at Bunnings where you have that welcome/farewell type experience when entering/exiting, which is memorable and leaves a great final impression. Staff are always super friendly and acknowledge you right as you come in the door without waiting around for people to make eye contact with you. It's probably enough to keep me coming back and justify the slightly higher costs when compared to competitors.

Service staff were great but Damien one of the service staff was outstanding he went out of his way to help me with some questions with issues I was having with the electronics of my Yeti. He is definitely a good asset for the Jarvis Skoda service team.
