Good service with a difficult front end job. Courteous staff & coffee! A direct lift to my Obahn bus stop was also very helpful on a busy day.

Our car was not booked in for a service but we were worried about a distinctive, loud squeaking noise suddenly getting worse. One call to

Jarvis Service and they kindly said to bring the car in straight away. They also asked our okay to carry out the service it was due for and also check reason for the squeak. The car was ready later that day, cleaned inside and out and the noise identified as a part to be fixed at the next service. We were extremely happy for the immediate attention we received and drove away very relieved customers! 

And the car comes out washed and cleaned as I haven't had time to do that so its nice. Staff are always friendly and informative.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the loan car and thought that it was great marketing to effectively give me a test drive of one of your range of cars. I liked the car other than the engine turned off when stationary but was able to have a chat about it with your staff member.

Tim was fantastic. He understood the financial pressure of such a big service and the repair that was required and went above and beyond to get the best price on the part for us. Having the car clean when we picked it up, was also a very pleasant surprise. Also the ability to drop it off and pick it up on the Saturday, made life much easier for us.
