loan car - nice one too; on time; friendly; explained everything well; well priced; whole set up and professional attitudes all round engenders a feeling of trust!!

Hi. Jarvis Service Team, thank you so very much for looking after me personally and my Forester XT yesterday. I had a concern with a system operation in the vehicle and my explanation of this concern was listened to carefully, the staff then checked the vehicle operation and the findings then reported back to me, which was then fixed to my complete satisfaction. I was not able to give any warning of my visit to the service department and the way in which the staff handled my arrival was very professional and I was kept up to date with any work to be carried out as it happened. The service team at Jarvis Subaru have again delivered the customer service many others strive to achieve.
