Although my car was booked in for a Saturday(23 NOV) service your team still endeavoured to hunt down a rattle in my cabin. I was pleasantly surprised to have Mitchell mention that they would not touch my K&N filter, IAW the instruction I had left over the phone upon booking my service, further to this he offered to clean out the air filter box due to the recent bush fires.

While I waited to pick up my WRX, I witnessed Mitchell deal with two separate customers (both frustrated) in a professional and friendly manner that Jarvis should be very proud of.
