The staff at Subaru are with out doubt professional and helpful and above all, very friendly! I can get my Subaru serviced cheaper elsewhere, but I continue to visit the West Terrace outlet predominantly because of the staff. The courtesy lift is never a problem, the gentleman that greets me on arrival (not sure of his name) is always so very welcoming ...makes a great coffee and more importantly make me (and obviously others) feel special and importantly. Well done guys!!!!
