As always, the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. The service was done promptly and I appreciated the pre and post messages on my phone as to the state of the service.

Tim and your service team went above and beyond. All of my issues were addressed, I was provided with a complimentary loan car, and I got my car back clean. Sat-nav was even updated! The little things really matter and are noticed. Best service I’ve had from any dealer.

My 10 rating today relates specifically to a warranty issue which Jarvis have agreed to fix. My car is only 3.5 years old having done 62K. Service staff identified a costly safety issue with the front ball joints. Jarvis have agreed to cover the parts under extended warranty which is a level of service synonymous with Jarvis.
