The service is always excellent. I would bring my car back always. They make you feel comfortable and the knowledge. Knowing my car is being looked after. I want the thank Michael and Adam. 

The service I have received so far from Jarvis Subaru has been excellent, everyone is friendly and helpful.

I had trouble getting to pick my car up on time before closing and the staff stuck around until I got there.

I had Khalil handle my service last year and was very happy with his friendly professional approach. Again he managed my service this year and again I was really very happy with everything.

The whole team seem to have a very customer service orientation and this stood out from my initial greeting , tight through to picking up the car. I can not speak more highly of my experience after having had some very bad experiences with another dealer.

This team has restored my good faith in taking my car for a service. I feel I can trust the team. I really hope it stays this way.

Finished when said would be. I dropped car 850am. Was told a service & a wheel balance and change would be complete by 11am. I went did few chores then came back . I just sat went to look at phone then a gentleman came told me car was ready to go. I paid & left by 11am fantastic.

Richard from customer service was extremely helpful and went out of his way to ensure that the experience was smooth and trouble free.

Once again JARVIS service staff went "above and beyond" in order to provide exceptional customer service.

The car was serviced as required, however after a quick test drive I noticed the steering wheel was out of line. The service staff quickly responded by getting the car back in the centre the next morning. Long story short there was a problem with a warranty part, which led to further problems in acquiring the parts and getting the car finished for our 800 kms trip home that day. We thought we would be stranded and out of pocket by hundreds of dollars, until Michael arranged the use of the workshop Hilux.

We loaded up and were able to keep to our schedule. I returned a couple of days later to find everything sorted.

I was kept up to date at every stage and once again overwhelmed by the positive attitude of the staff. After five years our Land Cruiser is just at the end of it's warranty, which unfortunately we cannot extend due to the mileage, however although there is now no necessity to get the car serviced at Jarvis to comply with the warranty, we will again be making the trip to ensure our "Old Lady", keeps getting the best care. Big thanks to all involved - I am spreading the word!
