Our dealings with Greg Pett were always so friendly and professional, and he was able to answer all our questions. The vehicle is just what we were looking for, and we are very happy with the Jarvis experience. 

Staff were efficient, professional and friendly. When arriving for collection the car was ready to go, with good information at handover and the car was brought to me in a clean and tidy condition.

It was an intermittent problem that the service staff were able to identify and fix under warranty. Installed the part as soon as it arrived from interstate. Very happy with the work and friendly service.

Small mix up when booking in, appeared as though my appointment made several weeks before might not have been recorded (not sure), but the paperwork was not printed off like it usually is. However, Jarvis kept the appointment and my car was serviced to the usual high standard I have become used to and it was completed an hour before I had expected it to be so that was a nice bonus. The service assistant was a trainee who remained calm and unflustered and handled it all like a pro. My car was shiny and happy when I picked her up. Clearly her spa day with Jarvis was a wonderful experience, better than sitting in the carport at home all day.

Staff always provide professional service. Good car service. Nice to have coffee on arrival then be driven to Westfield Marion to spend the day whilst car being serviced.
