We had an amazing experience at Jarvis. Antonio helped us look at the car and explained it to us in detail, which was a great help for us to reach the decision to buy it. We could see the advantage of going for the Karoq instead of the Koleos, X-Trail and the Forester that we were also looking at.

Everybody at the dealership was very friendly and the sale negotiations were done in a very reasonable manner and we all thought we reached a win-win situation.

It was very impressive that on the day we were scheduled to pick up the car, we had forgotten to bring the check we had prepared but Peter decided that we get the car and bring the check the next day. This only showed the great connection the staff at the dealership build with us and the trust that we all established.

This experience has definitely hooked us to the dealership. We are also hoping that we will get hooked to Skoda in the same way so that we get back to the same dealership when we will be due for our second new car in a year or two.
