This is the first time I have had my car serviced with your business. In planning for the service it was clear that my circumstances would not be a challenge to you. Despite having specific requests, as well as I had to travel 400 kms to get the car serviced. So we were at the receiving end, of your service dept flexibility which was greatly appreciated.
Of the day, of the service (Saturday). It was again clear by Cathy's attention to detail and motivation on customer experiences, that I have come to the right place. Despite other alternatives available to us. Cathy managed a fluid situation very well. As a lone worker, she was key to the success of the service team. She is instrumental as the real face of Jarvis Ford. Not just as a clerk she knew her details of cars, warranty's and the cost, parts etc.(impressive) No one misunderstood her communication, and what I witnessed and experienced was, that everyone was treated above and beyond just professionally. She did a great job.
She understands customer service and experience. There needs to be more Cathy's in our world today. It would be a far better place.

I couldn't just pick one. The staff were great, they gave me a courtesy lift to FMC so I could get to work, Michael sent me a video of my car (aka Sonia Kluger) during the service which was really interesting, when I picked it up Michael was great. Explained everything to me and then brought my car around like a valet park. Great experience and have already recommended. I remember why I bought a Toyota.

Mitchel Harrison was outstanding. Not only did he fit me in unscheduled when my Levorg suddenly had major ecu issues, he articulated what the issue was, had the car issue rectified, cleaned and ready before the estimated time. Well done Jarvis Subaru! You have employed a man that treats your business as his own.
