The staff were so helpful and friendly and getting a loan car really helped me out. My car now looks like brand new again after they buffed and shined it.

Pre-service contact: I had to change the date of booking and was able to talk to someone about any extra things I wanted checked during normal service. Appreciate txt message reminder of appointment

On the day of car service: Loved video update to show need for a replacement part. Text message updates/queries worked for me to respond during my day without the need for phone calls and playing phone tag. Car was returned clean.

Mathew was super professional but more importantly recommended upon hearing my WRX had only traveled 32,000 kms in 54 months that the major service was not required and could be delayed until the 5 years service .... saved me money but very professional in recommending.

And a Saturday service, did not know that was available and so quick.
