Tony Bellardino went way above the normal customer service by driving our car for us in for service. The staff performed the service and when Mathew rang he advised me of what they updated and reported on the service. When Tony delivered the car home, we could see that Jarvis had implemented their COVID plan and the car had plastic around steering wheel and cover on seat. Tony explained some more features of the car and also reported on the service. Overall the service offered from both Tony and Mathew was exceptional.

Person at the main entrance was very helpful, polite and friendly. All staff at reception were also helpful and polite. Offered a ride to the city, coffee or or water. Driver of the courtesy van was also a safe drive and friendly.

Apart from Warranty all the reasons listed above apply. I was very happy with the staff, my car's service and its cleanliness on return before the anticipated time. Thank you.
