It's always a good experience from beginning to end when I put my car in for a service. The staff are friendly and efficient, and there's enough rostered on to make sure there's not a long wait. The customer lounge is comfortable (with good coffee!), and the courtesy ride into the city always gets me to work on time in the morning. When I pick up the car in the late afternoon, it's ready on time and done right the first time.

Honestly, everyone at the dealership was very welcoming and accommodating. I felt very well looked after and they really considered my experience. We had some challenges with the hand over of my trade-in but with some quick-thinking, Nick was able to create a positive outcome.

Very happy with the service we got at Jarvis Skoda. Salesperson Antonio Caruso was very courteous and knew everything there is to know about the vehicles we looked at. For example, when we mentioned we cycle a lot, he told us that Skoda actually sponsors Tour de France - impressive (and it checks out!:) His manager Peter O'Reily was also there for us every step of the way. But never any pressure to buy, just the right amount of communication. Overall a very smooth process, and we are now a couple of very happy owners of a Skoda Octavia Wagon.

We have bought a number of Toyotas over the years and have always used CMI. After a bad experience at CMI, we decided to service our vehicles with Jarvis Toyota and were quite impressed with the level of service provided. As a result, we decided to visit the team to purchase a new vehicle. We were blown away on how different the experience was, it was a welcoming, fun and warm environment. All the staff, especially Helen and Daniel (the two main people who looked after us), bent over backwards to ensure our experience was second to none.
