I interacted with Mary and Paul. Both of them were extremely professional and courteous. Mary took the extra effort of tracing my cheque and registration papers and even sent me a soft copy to keep. She also assured me that in case the rego papers do not reach me in the next week or so, she would arrange for it to be resent, which I felt was going the extra mile.
Paul was also extremely polite. He at once knew what the issue was with my car and was aware of the interaction I had with Mary earlier in the week. This knowledge of the customer's issues shows thorough professionalism and provides personalized attention. He was technically sound and immediately knew what the issue might have been but still assured me that he would have the service team take a look at it.
Lastly, I found the car with covers on the steering wheel as well as the seat. This gave me a sense of assurance that Jarvis takes the Covid situation seriously. I am very pleased with Jarvis and would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.

All staff were professional and kind, no unexpected changes. The person who gave us a lift to Marion was especially good at her job, and showed a knowledge of previous contact and concern that customers requirements were met.

I know it might sound silly, but I actually love getting my car serviced. It is so effortless. The lovely welcome, the friendly/helpful staff, the coffee or bottle of water, the loan car (I got to drive an Impreza for the day!) and having a quick look at the new models in the showroom. Then coming back to pick up my freshly washed and vacuumed car. It’s like a VIP service! I don’t know if other new car service centres do this (as this is the first car I’ve ever bought from new) but I am amazed by your customer service. Well done Subaru.
