First and foremost Marcus is extremely personable, understanding and downright helpful to everyone. I worked there while waiting for the car to be serviced and the more I heard the more I was impressed. Behind the scenes it is hard to say how well the service has been done till later or something goes wrong. Having the car washed is certainly a nice touch too.
